How did you start your business? And why?

Since our inspiration (The Book) was found along the Animas river we decided to call our company Animas Chocolate & Coffee Company. We also name and theme all of our products from elements found along the river corridor.

As our inspiration (The Book) was found along the Animas river we decided to call our company Animas Chocolate & Coffee Company, as well as name and theme all of our products to elements along the river corridor.

What is unique about your store?

All of our products are handcrafted onsite, and the public can see their chocolate being made, as well as talk to our talented chocolate makers and chocolatiers. We take a tremendous amount of pride in creating a world class experience for our guests, not usually found in a small town.

What is your business' mission?

To be the very best at each and every endeavor that we undertake.

What is something the public might not know about your store?

We make chocolate from the bean, we pair our chocolates with cocktails, beer and wine, and we have the best coffee & baristas in town.

How do you see your company growing in the future? Anything new on the horizon?

We are currently expanding our Bean to Bar capacity and updating all of our packaging to better reflect the river corridor and the quality of our products.
