Durango Arts Center at 802 E. 2nd Avenue
The Durango Arts Center (DAC), located on E. 2nd Ave., is in the heart of the Historic Downtown. The Arts Center is one of the few remaining post-Victorian commercial spaces in Durango. Annually, the DAC welcomes and provides professional event management for more than 40 businesses, individuals and community organizations presenting a wide range of events - from theatrical performances and concerts, to workshops and yoga classes, to business meetings and weddings, and more. The DAC has four unique spaces for rent and can accommodate groups of 12 to 200, offering great flexibility to event planners.

The DAC maintains a liquor license and bar in the Theater, and all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through DAC. A modest kitchen space is also available to support outside catering (DAC does not currently offer food service).

TBK Community Room at 259 W. 9th Street
The Community Room at TBK Bank is open to any non-profit to use free of charge. The room holds a capacity of 40-45 people. The community room can be accessed from a side door making it very convenient for guests. The space includes complimentary Wi-Fi, A/V Set up with connection cord and tables and chairs that can be arranged for any set up. The space includes a small food service area with a sink, mini fridge and a dishwasher. Organizations can bring in their own food and drink while using the space.

Durango Public Library at 1900 East 3rd Avenue
The Durango Public Library offers several meeting rooms for rent to the public for meetings and special events. Fees are based on room size and time of day. Discounted rates are offered to non-profit groups. Two large rooms on the main level can be combined for larger groups. A smaller board meeting room is available upstairs for smaller meetings or groups. Book one of our rooms for your next meeting, workshop, luncheon, or other special event.

La Plata County Fairgrounds & Events Center at 2500 Main Avenue
The La Plata County Fairgrounds, located on 32 acres in the heart of Durango, is a beehive of community activity; and a multitude of users share the diverse Fairgrounds facilities. The facilities include a 10,000 square foot exhibit hall, six spacious meeting rooms, a rodeo arena complete with grandstands and livestock pens, a 33,000 square foot pavilion for livestock shows and exercising horses, two baseball fields and open space for outdoor and recreational activities.
Meeting rooms accommodate from 10 people to 100 depending on configuration and number of rooms needed.
Elks Lodge Durango at 901 East 2nd Avenue

VFW Post 4031 at 1550 Main Avenue
Newly renovated large hall, is complete with incredible acoustic sound for concerts or a band for your special occasion. The ballroom is 35x50 feet and can accommodate up to 320 people. Each rental includes tables and chairs. The space is perfect for holiday parties, weddings, anniversaries, concerts, quinceanera, retirement parties, or a celebration of life! Our large hall can be decorated for any occasion and comes complete with a serving area, stage, large dance floor, plenty of table and seating area, a private bar is available and a kitchen area is available.

The outdoor space can be rented separately. It is located on the Animas river by the Main Avenue bridge. The space includes picnic tables, barbeque grill, and horse shoe pits. This is adjacent to Rotary Park which can be rented from the City of Durango for use of the Gazebo and additional parking.

Ecosphere Building- 776 East 2nd Avenue
Ecosphere Environmental Services offers our second floor conference room by appointment to area businesses and organizations. The building was entirely renovated and remodeled in 2016 as professional offices spaces primarily for Ecosphere’s technical staff. With the addition of a third floor we also rent office space to other complimentary businesses or professionals. The conference room is equipped with modern teleconferencing capabilities, WIFI and wall mounted presentation boards. Other amenities include large flatscreen TV w/ DirecTV, men’s and women’s restrooms down the hall, a refrigerator, a water dispenser and use of the rooftop patio and barbeque grill. The office building is a modern, quiet professional building decorated with local photographic images of landscapes, mountain ranges, wildlife and cultural resources. We are across the street from Steamworks Brewing Company, Cyress Café and the Durango Arts Center. We look forward to your visit.
